Refund Policy

At ChicJewels, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you receive a product that is incorrect or defective, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please review the following guidelines for our refund policy.

Eligibility for Refund:

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You receive an incorrect product (e.g., the wrong size, color, or design).

  • The product is defective upon arrival.

In order to process your refund request, you are required to submit an unboxing video. The video must be unedited and show the entire process of opening the corrugated box, including the defect or discrepancy clearly. Refund requests will not be processed without an unaltered opening video.

Non-Eligibility for Refund:

You will not be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Minor variations in product details.

  • Small irregularities or imperfections in the product that do not affect its functionality.

  • Differences in color, which may be caused by lighting conditions or screen settings. These minor variations are not considered a valid reason for a refund.

Refund Request Process:

  1. Contact Us:
    To initiate a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel by emailing us at jewelschic0@gmail.com or messaging us on Instagram at @_chic__jewels. Ensure you provide the following:

    • A clear photograph showing the defect or discrepancy.

    • An unboxing video (without any cuts or edits) showing the opening of the parcel and clearly displaying the defect or issue with the product.

  2. Return the Product:

    • Once we have reviewed your refund request, you will need to return the product to us. You can use any reliable courier service, or if available, our designated courier partner.

    • The product must be returned in unused condition, with the original tags, packaging, and invoice intact.

    • Return the product within 7 business days from the date of receipt.

    • Make sure the product is securely packed to prevent any additional damage during transit. Damaged products due to improper packaging during return will not be eligible for a refund.

  3. Shipping Charges:
    Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Processing:

  • Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets the eligibility conditions, we will notify you of the approval of your refund request.

  • If the product is approved for a refund, we will process it to the debit/credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.

  • Refunds may take up to one billing cycle to appear on your bank or card statement, depending on your payment provider.

Additional Information:

  • Processing and finalizing a refund request may take up to 10 business days. We will keep you updated throughout the process.

  • ChicJewels is not responsible for any delays caused by your bank or payment provider during the refund process.

Important Notes:

  • We cannot be held responsible for delays in crediting your refund due to third-party payment processors.

  • If the product does not meet our return criteria, we will return the item to you at your cost.
